It's a quiet neighborhood offering a calm atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for those seeking a relaxing stay. The guests have access to all of the studio apartment and communal kitchen space.
Guests do not have access to other apartments inside the building or locked cleaning cupboard.

A Smart TV adds to your relaxation, while the private bathroom ensures a convenient and restful stay. A private mini-fridge is also provided for your convenience, allowing you to store snacks and drinks right inside your room.

The shared communal kitchen offers a convenient counter space for preparing meals. While the kitchen is simple, it’s fully functional and provides all the essentials you need for your stay. To book with us, we require the lead guest to complete our online check-in form, which includes a simple rental agreement to our T&Cs and the provision of a government-issued photo ID (Driving Licence only) before we can provide any access details.

We also require the lead guest to be over the age of 21 years old.

The building's entrance and common areas are shared with other residents of the block. We strive to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and are always available to address any questions or needs you might have.

Additionally, there is a fully stocked kitchen but it is shared with the other studios in the apartment.
