High-speed broadband is available throughout the studio. The double bed offers a plush hotel-quality linen, and there's ample storage space for clothes and belongings. The modern family bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink, complemented by fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

Guests have sole access to the studio for the duration of their stay.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Located in the Waterloo area of Liverpool, you are within stone's throw of an array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Crosby Beach, home to Antony Gormley's Iron Men is just 15 minutes walk away, a great place to enjoy a walk, with lovely views across the bay and out to sea. Waterloo train station is also just 10 minutes walk away, with regular train services into central Liverpool taking just 30 minutes.  
  
Getting Around:  
As mentioned, you have an array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants on your doorstep, as well as a supermarket and cinema. There are regular train services into central Liverpool taking just 30 minutes from Waterloo station. It is a 20 minute drive or Taxi Ride to central Liverpool.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.  
  
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
