Room was a good size for 2 people. Beds were clean and the shower facilities were good. Only issue was with Wifi, otherwise the resr of the room was great. Staff were really friendly and location was great.

Amazing check-in/out staff - friendly, helpful. Room is basic but enough. Location is excellent.
It was a lovely room to stay in whilst I was visiting friends in the city, spacious and comfy. It is near some good restaurants and stores so good location.
I did have problems with hot water in the shower, and the plug hole in the sink but apart from that the room was fine. Great location and I found the staff to be amazing, so helpful.
Excellent location. Member of staff who checked me in was very helpful and friendly. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Highly Recommend.

Great location near station/theatre, helpful communication from hotel.
Unfortunately had an issue with room booked and also the one that was subsequently moved to - neither suitable for guests at that point. However, staff super-friendly and tried best to help and resolve things quickly. Room finally given (third one) was suitable - comfy bed, great shower! Cheap and cheerful - get what pay for!
The hotel stay was excellent. Room was really good and clean. Lively atmosphere around the hotel. Returning in the summer. 100% recommend will book again.
Staff were friendly, room was not very clean carpet was dirty andbig stains all over it ,smell in corridors not pleasant

This is a functional hotel , we arrived just after 2pm our room was clean and tidy . Lots going on as turn around in progress but staff were happy and polite
Breakfast decent , cereal’s, toast , coffee, tea
Location for station couldn’t be nearer
For the price you can’t go wrong. Location is perfect for getting around. My only issue was the shower, I could not get hot water no matter how I moved the taps. I did mention this to the desk and was offered another room, but as I was only there for two nights it was a bit pointless on my final night. Otherwise service, staff and the overall stay was very good. Just take into account this is an old hotel, not the Hilton and if you are on a budget defiantly stay here.
