Welcome to our lovely apartment in Liverpool's Georgian Quarter!
This lower ground floor apartment is the perfect base for couples looking to explore, visit family and friends, or corporate guests visiting for business.
Enjoy a delightful stay in our beautiful apartment, featuring two double bedrooms, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a comfortable living area.

The Space:

• Fitted with a 55" Smart TV with terrestial channels
• Two sofas that can sit everyone comfortably - one is a Sofa Bed that converts to a double bed to sleep up to 2 Guests
• The Kitchen is equipped with an Oven/Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Kettle, Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, and much more.
• A Washing Machine which is also provided for longer bookings!

• Located opposite the entrance hallway
• Fitted with a King Size Bed for 2 guests
• Has a double door wardrobe and a 43'' Smart TV with Wifi Tv only
• Decorated with a Desk which can be utilised for work or as a Dressing Table
Bedroom 2:
• Located next to the bathroom
• Fitted with a King Size Bed for 2 guests
• Has a single door wardrobe and also with a 43'' Smart TV with Wifi Tv only

Bathroom:
• Fitted with a Toilet, Basin, and Bath with Shower
**Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**
Guest Access:
Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.
Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service which is accessed from the communal space.
The apartment is located on the lower ground floor, one flight of stairs down.
The apartment is located within a residential area, as such these are not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
The Neighborhood:
The surrounding area is the quaint Georgian Quarter, with scenic period buildings and cobbled streets.
The apartment is within walking distance of The Philharmonic, and Everyman Theatre. It is less than a 10-minute walk away to Hope Street - home to some of Liverpool's best restaurants.
You can walk everywhere to restaurants, bars and cafés and wander the neighbourhood to find traditional pubs and fine dining restaurants.
It is also only a quick bus ride away from Liverpool City Centre. Hop on a bus to Liverpool Waterfront and stop at The Royal Old Docks or The Tate. If you are a Beatlemaniac, head into Liverpool Central, where you will find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.
Getting Around:
The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just 1 minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train.
Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.
If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

Stylish timelessly cool apartment with all the necessary gear for a fun weekend in Liverpool. We could walk to the Albert dock within half an hour and both cathedrals were within a 15 minute walk. Lots of sophisticated bars and restaurants near by and a bus stop practically right outside for further journeys such as Liverpool parkway to go on the National trust tour of McCartney and Lennon’s carefully preserved and curated childhood homes. We fell in love with Liverpool and it was nice to come back to a safe haven in The historical Georgian quarter
This was a great flat and an easy walk to our daughter’s new university and the Liverpool one area. Street is quiet and flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
