Holes and stains on the curtains, carpet was stained with something red (yuck),the bedskirt was torn and stained and stuck out on the floor and the cover/handle on the kitchen faucet kept coming off etc. Really needs some attention. It would also be nice to be informed of cleaning policies etc..
