Beachcomber is a three bedroom terraced house ideally suited for a access to the coast. Positioned moments from the sea and a short walk to the local town. Everything is close by as Rustington boasts bars, restaurants and shops.
Being recently refurbished this modern house is well equipped and provides high levels of comfort. The ground floor is set up for open plan living with a comfortable seating area and 43" wall mounted TV with sky TV. There is a dining area with seating for six and separate kitchen with connecting hatch.
The bedrooms provide calm spaces with master double bedroom and wall mounted 32"TV. Two further bedrooms, one twin and one single along with separate WC and bathroom. The bath is fitted with an over bath shower, the shower is boosted with a shower pump. The private garden to the rear has a patio area, a grassed area and patio seating area, it a great space you can enjoy the outside and fire up the BBQ.

Extremely good accurate description, just slight confusion re key safe but owner very very helpful. No instructions re coffee machine and windows need a clean but otherwise the property was delightful. Thankyou

Really great house in a fabulous location.
The house is very clean, spacious and bright. It is very well equipped in the kitchen. The beds, bedding and towels were lovely. The shower was great. It was a couple of minutes walk to the seafront. We have family living in Rustington and we could walk along the seafront and through a private estate to their house.
We have really enjoyed our few days away at Beachcomber and highly recommend the property.

Rainy seaside trip
A last minute trip for half term. Great well thought out property with easy access to the sea and local amenities. Shame you can't plan the weather!
