"We were late booking accommodation for Goodwood so didn’t have many options without needing to remortgage the house. We choose Marine Court for price and location. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived as it’s actually a firefighters charity who rent their rooms out of a weekend, and is used for firefighters rehab during the week. The room we had was big, modern and spotlessly clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful and reception was manned 24/7. There is no bar at the weekend...

"Communication with the owner was excellent and check in / out very easy. Good parking and easy access to the property with clear instructions from the owner. Masses of space inside including the bedrooms. Kitchen fairly well equipped. One TV in the main room. Beds were very comfortable. Lovely view over the river. Unfortunately the curtains were very thin so didn’t block out much light but did provide privacy from the street. The towels were new I think but a synthetic material that was not at...
