Great location
Communication with the property manager was so smooth. All check in and out processes were outlined very well. The location is great. Just minutes away from your major destinations. The house was clean, the kitchen ware was in good condition. Really like the set up of the house and rooms. It felt larger than it actually is which was good for 4 women having a girls getaway. The back yard and the front patio are set up super cute for relaxing outside. Will consider staying again if we go back to Little Rock.

Pleasant surprise
The house was clean, well decorated with modern furnishings. It had many of the things some homes leave out (toiletries, kitchen, supplies, etc). We had an unfortunate illness and the owner was polite enough to accommodate our family schedule for which we greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again should we have another opportunity!

Perfect
Great place for a tired family after a long bike ride. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. A little noisy at night with the freeway so close. We lived the sweet cat that showed up on the front porch.

Visit Dad & Mom in Little Rock
My wife and I rented both house and guest house and it was great as besides us we had our (6) kids, grandchild and (2) dogs. Allowed for the over 18-25 to stay in big house w/ dogs while we brought wife's father and mom (who live locally in Little Rock) to stay over. Perfect location to River Market area, access to highway on/off right there, great location for dogs, peaceful, great outdoor multiple areas to gather. Would return again.

Perfect for families!
My sister and I rented this house with our toddlers, while in town for a wedding. The house was perfect for the kids - books, games and some toys in the closet that they enjoyed playing with. They also loved the backyard and the water fountain! TV had streaming services as well. The owner Ruth is fantastic and responded to a message within 5 minutes! The neighborhood was a bit rundown, but it was very quiet and 5 minutes from Starbucks/restaurants/etc. We wouldn’t have walked anywhere. My only recommendation is for blackout shades in the bedrooms!

Lovely property but had a bad experience the last night.
House is adorable and clean. We had everything we needed. It is really noisy being located right next to the interstate On the last night we were there it was horrible Had to call the police twice The house next door had a HUGE party with cars parked everywhere We had to block our driveway with a vehicle in order for us to have our parking places. The noise did not stop until at least midnight. It was so disappointing.

Little Rock Capital visit
Two adult couples stayed at this location for a visit to the Clinton Library and other historic sites in the area. It was perfect! The location was great we walked the three miles to the Library and other sites. The house is comfortable and cozy. It had everything we needed and then some. The "courtyard" out back with an amazing water feature was very comfortable. The house was very clean.

The house was exactly as pictured. A very charming, cozy home providing a great get away for the 4 of us. The location is perfect for sightseeing in and around Little Rock and hopping on the highway to Hot Springs. We would certainly stay here again. The owner was very responsive to all of our needs.

Great location with five to ten minute drive to shopping or eating. Easy access. Would be a good location for someone needing to be near one of several hospitals. Great home, very clean and well stocked. Had no problems at all. Home has a lovely back yard space with water fountain, tables and chairs, and pretty plants. This home has a beautiful front with porch, hammock chair and lots of pretty flowers. Don’t miss the walls of murals just down the street, an easy walk. Also stumbled on to a farmers market on the walk. What a nice surprise! There is a nice electric fire place in the living room which can just be for ambience without heat if desired. This was a perfect location for our family! Plenty of room to spread out and with space to gather together.

Super Clean
Super clean property with easy access to major arteries. Everything was in perfect working order. Tastefully decorated. Yard is carefully tended with flowers and lawn. Parking couldn't have been more convenient. (We just had the one car.) Neighborhood is quiet. There is some traffic noise from nearby freeway that only seemed to affect the front bedroom. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great house!
We loved our stay at this colorful and eclectic home. The open floor plan made visiting easy, and the grill in the back was great for BBQing! We had to go out and buy some measuring cups and mixing bowls so we could food prep, but it was a small price to pay for an otherwise well-prepped kitchen. There are some really awesome bridge murals just a short walk away, and if you have an Instagram account, make great pics for your social media.

The house is convenient to downtown and local sights. It was very spacious with ample parking. I was a little concerned about the steps into the house because of my father in law. It just so happens that a contractor stopped by and was measuring for a guard rail. Definitely would reccomend for anyone staying in the area. It was so nice to have little extras like bath soap and dishwashing liquid. The house was lovely. Very nice upgrades.

Very comfortable home for short or long stays.
Beautiful, Quiet home with great response from the owner if we had questions. I love finding homes that will allow pets. The beds were very comfortable, and I am picky, as well as the home being well equipped. The backyard looked fenced in but has fencing only in 2 sides so we could not let our dogs run off leash in the backyard and there is not a lot of area to walk the dogs in the neighborhood.

This place is a gem!
Our family of 6 was very comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out. The house was well decorated and tastefully remodeled. There was some road and train noise that could be heard in the bedrooms at night. However, we felt that was to be expected staying in the heart of a city. We appreciated the small touches that have been added to make the stay more enjoyable, such as the waterfall in the courtyard, nice landscaping, and swing on the front porch. We enjoyed our stay.
