Absolutely lovely! Our room was great very spacious and right outside plenty of grass area for our dog to run around. Has many Perfect spots to view the sunsets and access to private beach. We enjoyed our stay so much that we added another night. The staff were very friendly and super nice, they made our stay even better. Looking forward to returning again!

We booked an ocean-view room through Expedia, but the only view from our room was trees and the garden. We chose not to complain to the front desk and stayed in the room we were assigned. We also arrived early and asked if early check-in was possible. The front desk took our phone number and told us they would contact us when the room was ready, but we never received a text or update. We ended up waiting for our room, even though check-in was listed as 4:00 PM. In addition, we were charged unexpected fees that were not clearly explained to us, which was disappointing. Other than that, the property was beautiful, and the overall scenery was amazing. The grounds were well maintained, and we still enjoyed our stay despite the issues with the room view, check-in process, and unexpected charges

The Heritage House experience is unique and being there to take in the whole property really should be the goal. The rooms are all great (been many times) and the staff super friendly and welcoming. The bedding is luxurious and the beds are “clouds!” Everything is well maintained and even the coffee is terrific!

This property is amazing. It has truly the most stunning views all around the property. Our room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff, especially the breakfast and restaraunt staff, were extremely friendly and gave us some great tips on what to do in the area. Would highly reccomend heritage house and we will certainly be back.

First thing, the staff is absolutely wonderful. They made our Thanksgiving week an incredible holiday experience. Lovely folks from reception to the restaurant and cleaning staff. Our room was modern and very clean. The grounds and view are spectacular. We did not want to leave and neither did our beagle. We plan to come back in the spring.
