The property wasn't very clean, the bed sheets, linen, and some places like TV stands were either very dusty or had stains. In the bathroom I found pieces of fake eyelashes in the sink and on the bathroom floor. Something else was that our check out time was 11:00am, and it was stated on the policy and people that were supposed to clean were at the door at 10:40am. The property doesn't come with a private pool, the pool is communal. The photos didn’t do it justice. It was easy to book and they kept in touch and was accessible if you had any questions or concerns. The only the thing I didn’t know about was that it’s on the third floor so you have to climb stairs. I brought my father who has knee problems and walks with a cane. The stairs were tough for him. So just know that there is no ramp or elevator. I have to say that the place was amazing though and I would book again without dad, lol. I also like the way they left clear instructions for everything. Climbing 3 flights with baggage etc was extremely difficult for anyone especially us as we ladies all are age 55 thru 80\. Had to also buy a step stool to get into very high bed in master bedroom.
