"Clean rooms & properly, plenty of space for working, and board games & outdoor court for the kids when they get board. The mall is about a 20 minute walk with plenty of shopping. Free breakfast is a great perk too!"

"We loved our stay, the pictures looked great, but the house was even better in person. It exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfortable, and the living room couches were also very comfortable. We enjoyed our time relaxing in the house & we loved the Vancouver waterfront, so many wonderful restaurants with beautiful views. If in the area again we will for sure stay in this home. The only tiny things that would have made it perfect would be washcloths & one more frying pan in the kitchen. Otherwise it was fully stocked with everything we needed. Thank you!"

"Friendly welcoming staff! During our stay in late March they were doing interior painting in some areas but it did not impact our stay. Our room was clean and well maintained. "

"The house was suffient for what we needed and was better than a hotel size wise. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The bedrooms need curtains not just blinds to block out light at night. The smaller bedroom with one bed gets a lot light from the neighbors motion sensor light and headlights from another street shine straight into the room on and off and made it hard for the person in the room to sleep. The fluorescent lights everywhere are also quite harsh making the house as whole not super comfortable. The furnishing and decor are minimal. I could see if being a good place for pets but we didn't have any so it lacked comfortable homey feeling. The owner is a great communicator and instructions were clear."

"The stay was absolutely terrible. I have a heart condition and they wanted to put me on the second floor with no elevator. I could barely make it from my truck to the doors without being out of breath plus my luggage and traveling alone. The lady was nice enough to find me a room on the floor, however that room was questionable at best. The bathtub had a giant crack on the side of it. The bottom of it had clearly already been repaired once and not very well, I was concerned about even taking a shower, cause it felt like I was gonna fall through it. The pool and hot tub were out of commission because of a leak in the roof so I couldn’t even use those amenities. Ihad no cable TV the entire two days I was here even after I said something to the front desk not to mention they were working on the hallways at 12:30 at night to 230 in the morning, scraping plaster or whatever doing drywall for hours so I got no rest. I asked for a late checkout they said 1130 was the latest but when I looked online, it gave me the option to do noon or 1 o’clock if I wanted to pay extra for the 1 o’clock, they tried coming in my room several times between 11 and 1130 and then five minutes to noon they tried it again 100% do not recommend the only good thing about this place was the lady that works at night."

"MyPlace was much nicer than I expected from an affordable hotel next to a shopping mall. It was great having a kitchen, the beds were comfortable, it was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly and professional. I was super happy with my choice. The only improvement I'd recommend would be smart TVs. Basic cable and all the commercials is annoying when you have streaming subscriptions you'd rather watch on a large screen. "

"Everything was perfect from the check-in, to the location, to the hot tub and amenities and even communication with the host. It was a great experience and would love to go back sometime."
