We were in TX to visit our older son we had our nephew 17 younger son 18 and my older son and girlfriend 21/22 . We had an absolutely amazing time . The house is perfect set up and great location near things to do w a low traffic area safe for kids to get around and enjoy fun. Thanks for the awesome stay!
