"We came for almost a week starting Easter weekend. On Easter Sunday, we were having family over for a barbecue. I went to start the grill at around 12:30 (our people expected around 1) and the propane tank was empty. I messaged Kenneth, and inside of 10 minutes he had us a new tank there. Literally. We were sweating it, but that speedy response saved our family party. Oh, and the property is very nice and spacious too. I spent a lot of time on the patio and in the game room. But the host would have made a dump look like a palace. Thanks again Kenneth."

"Toilet didn’t flush, had to replace my rooms keys twice because they stopped working, first room I was given I couldn’t get into so I had to be moved, once I was moved the room didn’t have a single towel not even a hand towel. Thought the bad reviews were an exaggeration but they’re not. Stay elsewhere. "

"5 stars, wish I could give more. This was spring break for my grandbabies (ages 12, 3,2) and when I tell you everything was so accommodating. Board games, video games, cards, books even outside they had trampoline, fishing pole, darts, sand pit. Too bad the weather was on the cooler side or we would have had a chance to take a dip and enjoy the water also. There was a hot tub but we just ran out of time to fit into the itinerary. The host made sure to provide all the amenities to make us feel comfortable..each room was stocked for the ever changing weather and we were very comfortable on the chilly nights and warmer days. I had to do some work while there and the wifi was outstanding no complaints at all. When I come back to visit, I certainly will look up Philip again for another no worry stay. Thank you for being a exceptional host!!!!!"
