8.8/10 Excellent! (3,295 reviews)
The property is located very close to the city hall, liberty bell etc. The property is very dated. Carpets in the corridor are old, smelly. The rooms are dated. Bathrooms have blocked drains (we tried 2 rooms but still had issues). We didn't try the pool. There is an Irish pub and a Chinese restaurant in building. The food there was great in both places. Service in the pub was top tier - excellent - loved the friendly staff. The hotel staff themselves are very nice, friendly, try to accommodate and do their best with an older property. Overall not something I will recommend, despite the excellent staff.
Expensive for the grade of hotel!
