5 th floor small room with elevator only going one level lower was slightly inconvenient. Sauna was extra charge and needed reservation. Location in Jewish quarters was great as restaurants next door were excellent for food, drink and people watching . Worth every Sloty

Avoid this property at all costs.
We booked Liv Apartments specifically because breakfast was included and delivered to the room. On arrival, we were wrongly told we had to pay extra and had to spend hours arguing before they honoured the booking. After one correct breakfast, they ignored our meal choices and repeatedly delivered the same meat breakfasts despite my partner being vegan. They then stopped responding to calls and messages altogether.
To make matters worse, the apartment itself was in poor condition: broken windows, a broken hairdryer, a broken shower head, and towels that smelled terrible.
Customer service was non-existent, communication was ignored, and the services advertised were simply not provided. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I've had, and I cannot recommend this property to anyone.
Also avoid as there is active tram line outside the property that won't let you sleep.

"Amazing location right in the centre of the main square, spotlessly clean, friendly staff 24 hours a day! Lots of early trips and staff there to help and talk to even in early hours! Helpful with transfers to and from airport in luxury vehicles. We will be back and without a doubt staying at this ..."
