The “Lieblingsort” holiday home, approximately 110 m² in size, accommodates up to 6 people and is located in an absolutely quiet area in List on Sylt. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this charming semi-detached house, which spans three levels and delights with its inviting atmosphere. On the ground floor, you’ll find an open, light-filled living area with a cosy sofa section, dining area, and TV—the perfect spot for relaxing evenings after an eventful day. Spend sunny hours on the south-facing terrace with a garden, outdoor furniture, and a beach chair, and enjoy relaxing moments in the fresh North Sea air. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for cooking together. A shower room completes this level. On the ground floor, you’ll find two spacious double bedrooms—one with a balcony—as well as another shower room. In the attic, you’ll find another double bedroom. The holiday home features free Wi-Fi, a private parking space, and additional free public parking on the street. Pets are welcome.
