"The hotel was a bit shabby - carpets not clean, cheap bed linen (for a 4* I’d expect cotton but they were polyester and unpleasant), plastic plants in the room, sachets of Nescafé - I mean, who would drink that today? I’d expect a coffee pod machine in a 4* hotel. Staff very nice, but doesn’t quite make up for a hotel that’s a bit poor. Good breakfast, but let down by poor coffee."

Overnight stay Enniskillen Hotel

"Arrived with a warm welcome. Everything clean & tidy. Any questions we had was answered. Only downfall was the room was very warm & had to turn on a fan & the duvet was too heavy for this time of year (June)"
