Hotel Vincci is an extra hotel line of hotel throughout Portugal. The staff are extremely helpful with information, The room did not have a kettle and tea cups and they provided them cheerfully. The services throughout received during our stay are exceptional. Rooms are cleaned every day. The hotel is clean and welcoming. The breakfast is excellent. Everyone is very polite and cheerful. We highly recommend this Vincci hotel line to anyone researching for a good reasonable clean safe hotel.

The location was very strategic for easy access to shops, dining areas and sightseeing in general. Everything was walking distance and around the corner of the waterfront plaza. Courteous staff members and clean rooms. Highly recommended.

the hotel is in a great location for walking to some attractions, restaurants, shops and the sea front. there is also easy access to transport to other attractions if you don't fancy the steep streets !! i can recommend a tuk tuk tour of the city, but always be prepared for traffic jams. our room was very comfortable, clean and the quiet air conditioning was much needed. the staff were friendly, professional and knowledgable, and always willing to help. there was a good choice for breakfast and this was always fresh. Highly recommended.

This hotel was such a great experience. It is located on the most prime location. It is located a few meters from the Rua Augusta Arch which is central to everything. The E15 train and 28 ( take you to main attractions) can be taken from that Rua Augusta arch area or you can simply walk to them. The main streets with restaurants, chiado for shopping , alfama, cathedral , san jorge castle everything is close to this hotel. It's perfect for couples that come to explore. The breakfast was good and the rooms were nice and cozy for a boutique hotel( desk, closet, fridge, chair and nice bed) the bathroom space was nice, ask for standing-in showers or else you'll get the bathtub, which i found to be a bit high. I would like to specially say thank you to the amazing staff. Before booking , I commented it was my wife's birthday the following day of arrival. After a long day of exploring we were surprised with a bottle of champagne, pastries and a birthday card inside the room. They also let me borrow a european adapter.

Very good location, many attractions within short walking distances. We liked friendly front desk personnel. Room was very quiet, no external noise heard. Nice elevator. Clean. Quite ac system. Found a nice bottle of water waiting in the room. We did not like the narrow room, although it was long enough. Could hardly squeeze by the bed and the wall-needed to bend over in order not to hit the tv on the wall. The passage was so narrow that had to drug the suit case over the bed to get to a tiny closet by the window-never seen such a small shallow closet in hotels. Normal size bathroom, reasonably modern. Good that we had ac wall outlets adapters for us plugs- there are no built in usb connectors/chargers in the room.
