Easily accessible by Metro. Wonderful staff, nice clean room and convenient restaurant. Breakfast buffet was was wonderful. Staff were terrific. The only complaint was the sewage smell emanating from the bathroom that they were unable to remedy. Otherwise stay was fantastic.

Staff were incredibly welcoming and so helpful during the whole stay. Every single one we interacted with were lovely. It was so close to transport links which was so useful and restaurants were within walking distance. Was a pretty good spot. Air conditioned rooms were nice as well.

The hotel is very nice in a good location near the Parque subway stop. The staff is really outstanding. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. The breakfast is the best part of the stay. It was fresh every morning with many choices of fruit, quiche, drinks pastries and meat dishes. Excellent stay, rooms were very clean, staff were friendly and the breakfast selection was great. The Christmas decorations in the main lobby were also a nice touch, very warm and welcoming. I loved my stay here, would reccomend it, and will likely bring ny fruends and family next year. The location is perfect, close enough to everything and anything you would ever need, but not right in the centre so you can get excellent rest. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Cleaning was excellent, rooms are spacious and well designed (especially loved the deep tub and blackout curtains). Can't wait to come back!
