The staffs at the front desk warmly welcomed me and me feel home. I really loved the stay at Urbano hotel. The unique amenity I don’t usually get elsewhere is the delicious cake they leave for the guests at the dining area at the main entrance which is a plus. Room was very clean, comfortable bed, bathroom and shower were excellent. The size of the room is not huge but it’s big enough for 2 people. I will definitely come back. it truly is the best location to enjoy all the best of Lisbon, located just between Baixa and Alfama, and steps away from restaurants, shops, public transit to go pretty much anywhere and the main Praça do Comércio. The room is small but renovated and clean. We only stay for 1 night prior to our trip back home. The guy at the check in is very friendly and helpful. Our stay include breakfast which start at 8:00 am but we told the guy we need to leave early to catch our flight back home. He told us we can come at 7:30 so we can have breakfast before we leave which is nice of him. Good selection of breakfast with freshly baked croissant location is close to different restaurant and shop store and very walkable.

Hats off to whoever hired the staff at this hotel - they’re amazing! I can’t believe I forgot to get his name but the guy at the front desk is an absolute star….great recommendations and just a nice guy. Loved the breakfast and afternoon cake. Fabulous location…closer to the water; loads of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The bathroom was a bit weird (frosted glass so not a lot of privacy or sound protection) but everything else made up for it. Great hotel!

Stayed for 6 nights - very convenient location. Older building but nicely updated for a boutique hotel. AC in the room is great. Front deck staff were all excellent and very helpful. Breakfast is a good touch as well. The anytime espresso was awesome. Not huge but that’s exactly what we wanted before starting our day in Lisbon. Would stay there again.
