O quarto havia um carpete com aspecto sujo. Cheirava muito mal, um cheiro denso de mofo. Havia uma janela no quarto que dava para um pequeno fosso de ventilação cheio de pombos e cocôs. Ao menos o colchão era confortável e o duche era muito bom. Notamment l'ascenseur ancien et la décoration rétro portugaise. Le personnel est adorable, très accueillant et arrangeant. Le placement est idéal près de la station de métro intendente et du fameux tram 28\. A 5 min de la boutique "a vida portuguese" une mine d'or ... Room accommodations were basic: bed, small TV and satisfactory bathroom with no fancy toiletries - just your basic towels and all-purpose liquid soap. Staff was very friendly. Free wifi was available at the guest lounge only, so I had to go to the first floor if I needed to connect my tablet or iPhone to the wifi. Not the most convenient wifi access, but it worked for me. It is a stone's throw away from the Metro, which is a major plus. Wer nur übernachten will ist dort verhältnismäßig (in Anbetracht des Preises) gut aufgehoben. ##### sorcan ### 4/10 Poor #### シーガル 3 Jun 2014 Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### スタッフは良いですが価格が見合ってません 3泊しました。 スタッフは応対が良く、その点は非常に満足しています。 但し、設備、サービスを考えると1泊3万という価格は理解できる範囲を超えています。 感覚的には1泊1万以内のホテルです。 すぐ近く20mくらいにメトロ駅インテンデンテがありロシオから2つ目なのでアクセスは非常にいいです。 私はポルトから鉄道でリスボンに入りましたが、サンタ・アポローニャ駅からもタクシーで5分以内、帰りの空港も10分程度でした。 室内はアパートの一室のような感じ、シングルベッド2台で机もないので狭さは全く感じません。天井は高いのでむしろちょっと広いと感じるくらい。 冷蔵庫、室内での無線LANがなく、電源は1つだけなのでカメラ、スマホ、その他機器の充電が厳しいです。 テレビは15インチくらいの小さなタイプが天井近くのところに設置されています。 クローゼットは普通の家で使うようなタイプで背の低いものでしたが、ハンガーもあり機能的には7,8着はかけれるので問題ありません。 一番厳しかったのは、消毒液（プールのような）の匂いが非常にきつくかなりひきました。 メトロ近くでアクセスはいいのと目の前はタクシーがよく通る通りなので移動は便利ですが、下町的な雰囲気で近辺を歩いているローカルもちょっと柄がいいとはいえない感じです。 セキュリティは24時間受付1名が3交代でいますので、深夜もブザーを押して宿泊客を確認してからガラスのドアを開けます。 外からも受付の方が見えますので、入口も狭くてチープな感じではあるものの、宿泊客以外が入れるようにはなっていないのでその意味ではとても安心です。 私は宿泊2日前でここ以外になかったので致し方なくという感じで予約しました。 カップルは不向き、3名以上の家族利用とかならなんとか採算取れるかという感じです。あの消毒液のにおいを除けば。 直前でなければリベルダーデ大通り周辺、要のロシオ駅周辺にも2万以内で良いホテルがあるように思いますし、同クラスであれば1万以内でありそうなので、そちらをお薦めします。 ##### シーガル ### 10/10 Excellent #### João Netto, Brasil 25 May 2014 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Ótimo hotel. Kamers zijn erg basaal; weinig kastruimte. Geen glazen, föhn of waterkoker. Wel eigen douche en wc. Gratis wifi in mooie gezamenlijke ruimte. Tram 28 rijdt door de straat. Buurt s avonds niet heel veilig, daarvoor werden wij gewaarschuwd. Zelf geen rare dingen meegemaakt. Check in non prima delle ore 14 (ma se arrivate prima potete lasciare i bagagli), buona posizione in quanto a due passi dalla stazione metro "intendente", non é in centro ma con la metro ci si arriva velocemente. Ci sono molti negozi per ogni necessità, vi transita il mitico tram 28, assolutamente da non perdere. Le camere sono piccole ma pulite e ben attrezzate, c'é anche l'aria condizionata e il wifi. Il bagno é piccolo, manca il bidet. Gli asciugamani vengono cambiati tutti i giorni. Il personale é gentile e disponibile. In sintesi: buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Das Zimmer (401) das wir hatte war direkt unter dem Dach und sehr klein. Die Wände habe auch schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Das Bad ist ziemlich klein, in der Dusche konnte man sich gerade mal knapp drehen. The hotel is well located near the centre of Lisbon that can be reached on foot and the metro station is very close by. The staff is kind and the basic communication in English was fine. The room was comfortable enough for me and was cleaned daily.
