we had a lovely stay here! i was looking for somewhere to stay for an extended layover in lisbon and this was the perfect spot. excellent location in the heart of the city center, clean, and welcoming staff. would stay again in the future!
Wonderful location. Close to many of the main tourist sites and near to the stations for trains to Cascais and SIntra. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
ロケーションは申し分なく、どこに行くにもとても便利でした。部屋も清潔に保たれており、全体として満足度は高いです。欲を言えば朝食のビュッフェの品数が多いとさらに満足度が高まります。
As a whole, we could be satisfied with this hotel.
This hotel is located in centre of Lisbon and very convenient to go whrerever you want.
The room we stayed was kept clean and no problem.
It seems the evaluation of the hothel is quite nice, but the only thing the hotel could be nicer, a little bit number of dishes were added to buffet lineup.
PRO: Great location! Very efficient and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Easy arrangement for car transportation to and from airport.
CON: Very small rooms, tiny bathroom and tiny fridge. 275 EUR per night (total) is a little bit overpriced.
Warming, rooms are tiny. Great location. Charming, quaint hotel. Historic building with modern interiors. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We loved the hotel. Not suitable for our larger friends. Rooms are tiny.
This hotel was located in an awesome location. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The staff was extremely helpful and though the room was extremely small and it was definitely hard to move around the room when both of us was trying to get ready it was a nice hotel. I didn’t see anything other than the lobby area which was also the area where breakfast was served so no other amenities that we could see or that was mentioned to any of us in the group. I really wished that the sink bowl in the bathroom was bigger because as we washed our face water was everywhere
The location was super convenient, close to the water. There's a lot of food and shopping places all around the hotel. The hotel was close to Santa Justa elevator, right next to the Baixa Rossio station, not too too far of a walk from the Cathedral and Castle Sao Jorge. All the staff were really nice and helpful, offered recommendations or guidance whenever I needed. They even helped me order transportation to the airport. The air conditioning sometimes got warmer even though I didnt put it on auto. I didnt opt for breakfast but they did offer it. Room was compact but perfect for my visit. The bathroom sink is a bit small but shower water pressure was amazing. Would recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon :)
Good location. Helpful, friendly staff. Kept clean and tidy. Had a meal in the attached restaurant. Good meal. Special mention to Jules who served us.
The room was small but comfortable and had everything we needed. Lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Good transport links. If getting the metro from the airport, the Baixa-Chiado stop is the closest. Big station, leave via the Rua do Crucifxo exit.
Stayed here in two rooms with our adult children. Very cold AC, clean rooms, friendly staff and convenient location for exploring Lisbon.
Our bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, it may need to be rotated or replaced. Overall I would recommend this hotel
Hotel is in a great location, close to a lot of attractions and within walking distance. The hotel was very clean and safe, they came to clean every day. There is an elevator for luggage and they even held my luggage for a few days.
The area is great, very safe and there are lots of restaurants, shops, stores nearby. The room was very comfortable and a good size, had a refrigerator and a lot of nice amenities. The restaurant at the hotel also has good food and was nice and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful, would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
Outstanding staff who were extremely courteous, helpful and welcoming! Wonderful breakfast! Fantastic shower!

Centrally located, everything you need within a short walk. Sound proofing was brilliant as slept really well. Rooms were cleaned daily and staff were helpful.
This hotel was a charming place to stay with kids. We got the pair of adjacent rooms with high ceilings and surprising amounts of natural light. We put out two sub-10 kids in one, while my wife and I stayed in the other, as they are connected by a small foyer. It worked about as well as any room has when traveling as a family in Europe. A+ choice.
We had lovely nearby restaurants, easy access to the 28E trolley and a few easy "grab and go" options, including options at the location. In a sea of relatively soulless hotels, this is one with a little personality, in a very good way. Strongly recommend.
All was great, nearby to all the major shops and transportation. We loved being walking distance to the water.
Two things that could have been better. The room maid service was just ok. I felt the floors weren’t always cleaned. Secondary, the breakfast space was tight!
An exceptional and charming hotel! It is perfectly located near the train station, shops, restaurants, river square, trams, etc.
The hotel staff are friendly (all of them!) and helpful. They willingly kept our luggage until our room was ready, answered questions about transportation and the neighbourhood. The breakfast has healthy choices and lots of variety - eggs, fresh pasteries, juices, cheeses, coffee etc. The rooms are clean, spacious (for Europe), and quiet even with a balcony. The balcony is awesome for fresh air and views.
I highly recommend this hotel - it is perfect for a few days exploring Lisbon!
