The Space:

This charming Portuguese house combines traditional character with everything you need for a comfortable holiday.



Inside, you will find a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee makers, kettle and other useful amenities. The house also features a comfortable bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.



One of the highlights is the large outdoor area. Guests can relax on the sun loungers, enjoy meals outdoors, have a BBQ or simply enjoy the Portuguese sunshine. There is also a spacious lawn with play equipment, making the property particularly suitable for families with children.



The property has a traditional Portuguese atmosphere, with terracotta tiles, plants, a beautiful outdoor fireplace/BBQ area and plenty of space to relax.



Please note that the owners live in the main house on the property. The outdoor areas are therefore not completely private. The owners are discreet and respectful of guests' privacy, but you may occasionally see them on the property.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the holiday house and the outdoor areas, including the BBQ area, sun loungers, garden and children's play area.



The property is accessed through an electric gate. Guests can park their car safely and free of charge inside the enclosed property.



The Neighborhood:

Praia da Areia Branca is a lively seaside village with a relaxed atmosphere and excellent surfing conditions. The area is particularly popular with surfers and young people.



You will find everything you need within the village, including supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, beach bars, an ATM and a bus stop with connections to Lisbon.



The sandy beach is easily accessible and offers several beach cafés. You can also walk along the coast to the neighboring beach, where another lovely café awaits.



The whole region around Peniche and Lourinhã is famous for its excellent waves and numerous surf spots. For surf lessons, we recommend Da Silva Surf School.



Getting Around:

Praia da Areia Branca is very well connected to Lisbon. An express bus can take you from Lisbon to Praia da Areia Branca in approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.



Within the village, many places can easily be reached on foot, including the beach, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets.



A car is recommended if you want to explore the wider region, including Peniche, Lourinhã and the many beaches and surf spots along the coast. Free secure parking is available directly at the property.



Other Things to Note:

The outdoor areas are shared with the owners and are not exclusively private to the guests.



The property has a secure, enclosed parking area with an electric gate, available free of charge.



Praia da Areia Branca is an excellent base for surfing, beach holidays and exploring the Portuguese Atlantic coast. The village has a lively atmosphere during the summer months and is particularly popular with younger visitors and surfers.



Interaction with Guests:

The owners live in the main house on the property and are available if you need help or local recommendations.



At the same time, they respect guests' privacy and give them plenty of space to enjoy their holiday. You may occasionally encounter the owners in the shared outdoor areas.
