An amazing hotel right in the heart of Rossio Square, walkable to many enchanting side streets. The staff was welcoming, hospitable, professional and wonderful!! Will definitely stay again when I go to Lisbon!
We loved our room and the location of the hotel is perfect!! The staff was so helpful and the room was pristine! We were so happy that we stayed here!! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Lisbon and ho wants to be in walking distance to the Centre area!!
A lovely small quiet hotel serving great food. The rooms are perfect and ours overlooked an inner courtyard making it extra quiet. Breakfast was freshly made to order. Excellent.
The room was clean and decent size for two nights. Awesome location, staff was kind and helpful. The meals here were surprisingly very good for a hotel restaurant.
Absolutely LOVED staying here! The room was big and beautiful, the bed is so comfortable, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the breakfast is delicious, as well as dinner! They include a bottle of wine with your stay which is so nice. They also made up a nice display for our anniversary. I HIGHLY recommend staying here!
Very well appointed room, also very quiet. No noise from the streets. It is also a good location to many restaurants and other sites. Not far from the airport but a long ride because of the traffic at night. You have to walk a very short distance to get a taxi or Uber as the street is not open to cars.
Breakfast was decent, eggs and omelets well done, but coffee was not very good.
Our two night stay here exceeded our expectations! We were gratuitously upgraded to a superior room due to availability and were offered a welcome drink upon arrival. The location is central and perfect for those looking to walk down to the river, hop on a tour bus, metro or grab a local bike/scooter. Would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again the next time I visit Lisbon. The front desk staff are exceptionally attentive and helpful as well (shoutout to Nicole and Ali)!
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, one even called the car rental company for us when we realized we were going to be late to pick up the car, on the day we were leaving (we do not speak Portuguese). The room was clean but a little small for two people. The door to the bathroom was frosted and did not close; I would prefer a solid door and one that closed when two people are in the room, I felt a lack of privacy. But, our friends were in a different room and they had a solid, closing door, so perhaps not all rooms were like ours. The garden outside our room was beautiful and quiet, hardly anyone was ever there. I would stay there again.
This is a lovely boutique hotel in an area with many restaurants and shops. They have a nice wine selection, and their cheese board is excellent. We didn't partake of the breakfast buffet, but it looked substantial. The staff here is outstanding.
Had a wonderful 2 nights stay, warm welcome, friendly and helpful staff, great nights' sleep, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was superb, great choice and quality and the evening dining was very good. They even added a little birthday gift for my husband. Perfect central location but quiet being on pedestrian street. Highly recommended!
