We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Chiado! High-end amenities, friendly staff, roof-top bar and centrally located to attractions and great restaurants in Lisbon. On our way check out day, the young man working the desk at 6am in the morning kindly waited with us outside to ensure that our Uber driver would locate us for our pickup...world class!

Beautiful hotel in a fabulous area . The staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast and friendly service. The rooftop bar had amazing views and atmosphere. The room was well decorated and spotless. Couldn’t fault anything, had a fabulous weekend. We would definitely return.

Excellent location. Walking distance to many restaurants and to train station. Hotel is practically new. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Nice buffet. Enjoyed the pool, saunas and gym. Roof top provides beautiful view of the city. Highly recommended.

The hotel and rooms are beautiful. Well situated to see various sites and easy walking distance to most that we wanted to see. Staff was very professional, and friendly. The roof-top bar was beautiful.. It was closed one of the 3 evenings for a private event, which was disappointing, as we did not receive any notification of same. The spa was well worth the $$. One of the better massages I have ever had. Would definitely recommend.

Staff was welcoming and let us check in early. They handled our delayed luggage situation and made sure it was retrieved and in our room when it finally arrived. It was a 1 year anniversary for the hotel and they invited us to the rooftop celebration. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. And the location was in the heart of dining shopping and entertainment in Lisbon.

I have travelled a lot and this was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. From the minute we arrived it was a truly 5* experience. The staff were exceptional and always greeted you with a smile and asked if there was anything they could help you with. The room amenities were of excellent quality and everything was provided. The Rooftop bar was wonderful and again the service brilliant. The views were magnificent. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city, but the nearby restaurants to the left are disappointing. We didn't get to use the pool as it doesn't open until 9 am and I'm an early morning swimmer, which was a shame, but the gym is open 24hrs. The breakfasts were excellent, but could have been a bit hotter, but a great variety and choice.

Exceptional experience! We were offered an upgrade and drinks for our wedding anniversary. Super attentive at all levels. The entire team impressed and were always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel as it’s very new and rooms plus fitness center are too notch. Plus the location is perfect and close to the next restaurants and sights.

The hotel was opened in November 2025 so everything was like I am the first person to use. Everything is top notch. It is perfectly located to see everything in Lisbon. The only time we took Uber was to go to the Marina to take a sunset cruise

Amazing experience! Will definitely return. I cannot recommend Hotel Chiado enough. We arrived in Lisbon earlier than expected (around 12 PM) and the staff were so accommodating—they not only let us check in early but also upgraded our room! We were blown away by the size of the room and the stunning views overlooking the city. The hotel itself is in a prime location, making it super easy to walk to all the main sights, restaurants, and shops. Everything was immaculately clean. A huge thank you to Julia and Joao for their exceptional hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. It’s rare to find service this good. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

We really loved this hotel in Lisboa! Recently opening last October, the hotel is a beautiful gem. Our room was spacious, luxurious, and equipped with all of the amenities we like such as a Dyson hair dryer and Guerlain products. Their rooftop bar has the best view of the castle and city. Their spa level with a heated pool was exceptional. The staff members were extremely professional and friendly. We sincerely appreciated their attention to detail. They were gracious, polite, helpful, and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. In addition, this hotel is located in the best area of the city, with access to great restaurants, just a block away. Five stars across the board!
