    Great location to the 714 bus for easy transfer to everywhere. Couldn’t have worked out better. Also, two great restaurants right at your door step.

    Quaint space outside the busy hustle and bustle of the city center. If you’re wanting a city experience without all the touristy gimmicks, this is your place. Many good restaurants steps away as well as local markets for fresh produce and public transit directly across the street for easy commuting. A couple things to note which can not be remedied:This location sits under a departing flight path which means airplanes roar overhead frequently. At night it’s quieter, but during the day there’s a lot of plane noise making it hard to enjoy the outdoor patio. Additionally, the ceiling and walls are thin. You can hear all the comings and goings of every tenant in the building, especially the one directly above. Please also note the size of the space as it is quite cozy. Perfect for one, maybe a squeeze for two.
