Our unit was nice but not ready at 15:00 as promised . The cleaning crew did not leave until 18:30\. While the onsite manager was communicative, she was very confused on the needs of the unit. She led us first to the third floor and tried to enter that unit, and we had to tell her the correct unit was on the first floor. Once we left our luggage, she did not communicate the needs properly, and did not provide the keys. We had to come back to the unit twice to get keys from manager. We were also asked to lock a separate supply door and put the key in lock box in second closet in the entry hallway since the onsite manager forgot to do this. I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism and the delay getting settled in the home. We had a very short time in Lisbon and this distracted us for several hours. ##### Colette C.
