  • Completely renovated, this ideal apartment for a weekend or a long stay in the sun is located in the heart of Principe Real, 2 minutes walk from the charming Praca das Flores of the Botanical Garden and 5 minutes walk from Chiado, near the most famous view of Lisbon .

    Located on the top floor, this apartment of over 60m2 offers two incredible views of Lisbon from the large living room terrace and the bedroom balcony.

    The sun fills the apartment thanks to the large bay windows in the living room. The American kitchen opens onto the living room and allows you to cook before having lunch/dinner on the terrace.

    The apartment is also fully 'connected': Wifi and flat screens with cable (100 TV channels) in the living room and in the bedroom.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A €60 CLEANING FEE IN ADDITION TO THE PAYMENT to Abritel/VRBO/Expedia, to be left on site before your departure.

    For arrival after 8 p.m. please specify when booking. Fees may apply.

    The use of the extra bed (in the case of renting the apartment for 2 people) incurs additional costs of €10/day with a minimum of €30/stay
