ficamos apenas uma noite devido a conexao do voo. tudo ok. atendimento otimo mesmo as 23hs. quarto tem agua, cafe e bolachinha de cortesia. tudo ok. unico ponto é que o isolamento acustico entre os quartos é muito ruim. barulho no quarto ao lado atrapalhou bastante o sono.

The room was clean and comfortable (though we can hear the metro passing underground). The rooftop is beautiful, I'm just disappointed our breakfast was on the -1 and not up there. Overall we had a great stay, the location is very convenient close to the metro to the airport.

Quarto extremamente limpo e organizado. Cadeira de massagem foi uma surpresa muito agradável. Café da manhã muito bom porém uma pessoa apenas para administrar tudo é pouco, apesar do esforço e da simpatia do atendente. Vários alimentos acabavam e não eram repostos. Tínhamos que avisa-ló para repor pois ele estava atribulado com outras atividades no balcão de atendimento.

A primeira palavra vai para o staff da receção. Foram cinco estrelas na disponibilidade para alterar a reserva dado um cancelamento de última hora. Durante a estadia, novamente impecáveis. No que se refere às comodidades, noto que houve melhorias desde a minha última estadia. Quarto com mini bar, máquina de café, secretária, cama confortável, TV ecrã plano e sem falhas, AC a funcionar. O único senão vai para o WC. A divisória do duche é manifestamente curta para impedir que a água vá para o chão e fique tudo alagado.
