This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a four-person dining table where you can eat with loved ones.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook delicious meals.
There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a queen bed, and the second and third have a single bed. All bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

São Vicente's proximity to Alfama ensures that some of that 'soulfulness' carries over. As this neighbourhood is almost entirely a hill, high spots with breathtaking views are everywhere.
For many, São Vicente is known for the Feira da Ladra or 'flea market'. Year after year, Tuesdays and Saturdays have drawn residents and tourists to the Campo de Santa Clara, a market for antiques, clothing and used objects. In the middle of the excitement and noise, a quiet cup of coffee or lunch is available on the terrace at the Clara Clara kiosk in the walled Jardim Santa Clara.
At its height, we find the Mosteiro de São Vicente de Fora, a church and convent from the end of the 16th century and one of Lisbon's most impressive buildings. Lower on the hill is the Panteão Nacional, majestic in its Baroque architecture and housing the tombs of some of the greatest names from Portugal's past. Excellent views from its steps cover the old town down to the Tejo River.
The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest tram stop, Sapadores (line 28E), is just a 10-minute walk.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 17-minute drive from the property.

It was quite nice staying, old part of Lissabon, narrow streets, up-and-down in any direction. Bus 735 can bring you to the city center and stops around the corner. If you are sportive enough, just 25 walk- minutes till Rossiu- square.
Big flat, very clean, windows on both side, mornings you hear papagais, waking you up.
In the kitchen you find everything you need to cook yourself , two mini-markets are very close.
My family (ages 7-65) stayed here for a week. The communication with GuestReady was very fast and they were very accommodating. The apartment is not super close to any main attractions but is in a residential area and very quiet. The main bus line (735) was operating on a different route due to road repairs but several public transportation options (bus, tram, and metro) are all within a 10 minute walk. There are several minimarkets and bigger grocery stores nearby so getting groceries was easy. The only suggestion we would have is that they add a little table in the kitchen for more prep space and leave garbage bags for guest. Otherwise- fantastic stay! Thank you!

Affordable but beware
Location and price is the saving grace. However, for 5 nights and 3 bedrooms we were supplied 3 rolls of toilet paper and had to purchase our own afterwards. The apartment had a consistent bad odour that would not go away even with windows open. Hot water in the shower would last for 2 minutes, leaving us to rush through our showers before cold water came out. In addition, you could hear everything from other units and outside on the street.

cracked mirror in bathroom, water damage in bathroom, late instructions for check in (we had to request), we had already checked out and then receieved the check out instructions, not enough toilet paper, poor pillows, no ventalation in the middle bedroom and so we had to leave the door open for air, no audio privacy (can hear everything), some outlets do not work, price went up after searching same, booking was very challenging, several messages for for check-in info requests when it was already sent and addressed, requiring 2 gov't issued IDs but worried if our private information was safe.However, great space, loved the neighbourhood, great light, hot water, great water pressure, towels provided.
This accommodation was disappointing right from the start. We were confirmed for a 3 pm check-in. Our key was not in the lockbox at 3pm as arranged and the unit was not cleaned until after 4pm- which doesn’t sound like a huge issue but after a long travel day and being up for 24 hours the 3 pm check in time was important. Then after finally settling in to the apartment one of us decided to have a shower. The drain was clogged and the shower overflowed and flooded the entire washroom and out to the kitchen! We immediately notified Guest Ready about this. We had to clean up the flooding using the towels we were provided. No one from Guest Ready came to assist. We asked for new towels since we had to use all of the ones we were given - Gueat Ready didn’t provide any until the next day after 4 pm! We also ended up clearing the clogged drain by hand since Guest Ready never came to investigate - only asked for picture which we sent! The unit is also quit dirty- walls need a good scrub as do the floors. I would not recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting Lisbon!

Wir sind um 19 Uhr Angekommen und die Reinigungsteam war noch drin. Lock-box muss man noch suchen, da es befindet sich im Treppenhaus im Schrank. Das wussten wir nicht.
