The location was great and convenient for a lot of great shopping and sightseeing and close to trains and trams. This is not a place for people who are unable or who do not want to walk stairs. It was great exercise and my family did not mind it but it is an uphill walk and/or stairs to the apartment and then 4 flights of stairs up to the apartment. I would not recommend a car. Outdoor parking is pretty non- existent. There is an outdoor escalator but part of it was not running. Having said that Lisbon is super hilly and we walked 4-6 miles every day.The apartment was clean. The kitchen was small and we did not cook in it. It had a nice balcony with a view but the chairs were broken and you could not sit on them. The beds were comfortable as well.The only issue we had was with the bathrooms. On day 2 a slight sewer odor was coming out of them which got stronger the last 2 of our 4 night stay and we had to keep the bathroom doors closed. In one of the bathrooms the shower did not drain very well and you were standing in water while you showered. I supposed the pluming was old and maybe there is a leak?? I did message the property management the day before we left but there was no response. All said and done I would probably not stay here again because of the bathrooms but we did not spend a lot of time here - just to mainly sleep and rest before dinner so it was not the worst stay I have ever had.

The building is under construction with exposed wiring an drywall. There was a massive water leak in the bedroom wall with black mold. Uber drivers refused to pick us up because the location according to the drivers, is in an area they don’t feel comfortable entering. Multiple drivers refused to pick us up or drop us off. The apartment itself will be gorgeous when the building is done, but it’s not what we were expecting so we left early and stayed at a Marriott. It was hard to communicate with the manager. We tried multiple times to get the check in instructions- it was two hours before checking an we still had no information. The WiFi went out and we had to reach out - hard to do without WiFi.
