Please note that access to the building involves climbing stairs on one of Lisbon’s traditional stepped streets, and there is no lift in the building. This may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage. The living area features a comfortable sitting space with an armchair and a comfortable double bed, ensuring a pleasant and restful stay. The ensuite bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Important note: The building has old architecture, and the acoustics performance is not the best. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
