It's a great apartment in a good location. The Feel Like Home staff are very slow to respond. You have to use their What's App and even if you do, they are slow to respond. You can be waiting outside of your apartment for 15 minutes before they send you a code to get in. They don't send you the codes ahead of time. Very frustrating. I advise you to look elsewhere.

Overall good stay

The check in was an issue. I checked in before my husband by myself and had to pick the keys from a different location, which was the 1st time like this. We come to Lisbon three times a year and this is the first time I experienced this. But, loved our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Thank you
