Great apartment, great locations, but with a few things to improve

Location is great is in front of a very delicious restaurant in the street named panteo 13, also apartment have everything you need, is nice , cozy and warm. Cons: Wi-Fi is extremely slow, 10mb, I ask the support team via WhatsApp, no response or super slow, never fixes it. Also there are some small metal cilíndrese behind the doors that are extremely dangerous for foot, we got injured a couple of times

Zunächst das Positive: Die Unterkunft ist im Stadtteil Alfama. Viele Cafés, Restaurant, ein kleiner Supermarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zu finden. Der Urlaub begann mit einem katastrophalen Check-in. Wir wurden per Mail informiert, dass wir über einen Link einen pre-Check-in machen sollen. Wir haben uns über den Chat erkundigt, ob dies eine echte Mail oder ein Phishing Mail ist. Die Antwort war, dass wir alle Infos über WhatsApp am Tag des Check-ins erhalten würden. Am Tag des Check-ins haben wir leider keine Informationen erhalten. Die Reinigung war erst um 15:20 Uhr beendet, obwohl der Check-in um 15:00 Uhr zugesagt wurde. Erst nachdem wir beim Kundenservice angerufen haben, konnten wir in die Unterkunft gehen. Die Ausstattung war prinzipiell in Ordnung, leider war die Wohnung jedoch nicht besonders sauber. Unsere weißen Socken waren nach einer Viertelstunde schon schwarz und insbesondere die Duschkabine war sehr dreckig. Der Abfluss schien überhaupt nicht gereinigt worden zu sein. Die Klobürste war in der Mitte durchgebrochen. In der Küche gab es u.a. eine Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine, nur leider keine Tabs für die Geräte. Auch keine Basics wie Salz oder Pfeffer waren vorhanden.
