On the lower floor is the 40 m2 living room with fireplace, a bedroom with bathroom and a kitchen. Good local suggestions. The house is comfortable and well organized (two upstairs bedrooms; one on main floor), with parking for one car, plus street parking. It has a lovely view south from the deck to the ocean. The small pool was heated (extra cost) during our stay and was lovely to enjoy or sit alongside on the lawn/garden area. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with a short downhill walk to groceries and a few restaurants, then to the beachfront - and a great waterfront pathway all the way to Cascais. Cascais has lots of shops and restaurants, and is very busy/touristy. Easy access to nearby motorway to drive quickly to Lisbon; train from Estoril is also an option. The location is also perfect for visiting Sintra area (very busy/touristy, but beautiful), coastal beaches and all of Lisbon’s sites - yet not be in the busy center of Lisbon. LIS airport is approximately 30 mins away by car (with toll roads). Manager of the house super responsive and helpful.
