It's close to the city center and has good amenities and comfort. It's on the 5th floor (no elevator) so this keeps the noise out as this is in a zone with a lot of bars in streets closely. The communication with owner was great and welcoming. Only minor detail is that we went there in winter and it gets quite cold inside (there were particular cold days to be fair). It is in a great part of the city if you enjoy the night life. You need to know that it is a fourth floor walk up with a beautiful staircase.
