Property was more than we expected. It was a beautiful 3 bedroom suite with tons of room. Great location. Very quiet with the windows closed in a busy neighborhood. Nothing we didn’t like about the suite.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location and good communication. We were lucky and able to check in a few hours early which was really great and much appreciated. Note that this is an apartment with no front desk or luggage storage. There is a service in a nearby shop but can add up if there are a lot of bags. The apartment is spacious and fit our needs. There is a washer/dryer but no detergent. That would have been nice to have since it would be a waste to buy a hyole bottle for one or two washes The location is fantastic. Easy walk to lots of attractions and different neighborhoods close by. Very clean and modern. Recommend for family or group.

I like this unit

Good location, very spacious 3 bedrooms with 2 baths. The unit is clean. The only drawback is the motion-sensing lights should be avoided as it can be very dark at night to walk in before the elevator.

Schöne Wohnung an cooler Lage

Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich schön. Die Küche sieht neu aus und hat alles was es braucht. Die Badezimmer sehen auf den ersten Blick gut aus, sind aber etwas verbraucht. Das Sofa und der Teppich im Wohnzimmer sind fleckig und nicht mehr schön. Leider ist die Wohnung sehr ringhörig, so hört man die Bewohner der umliegenden Wohnungen laufen-sprechen-duschen etc. Ebenfalls wird im Haus renoviert, die Arbeiten beginnen jeweils um 8.30 und enden jeweils gegen 19 Uhr. Die Lage ist super, es hat in 5 Gehminuten eine Metrostation. Der Bahnhof ist in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Restaurant hat es genügend in der Umgebung.

Great location and huge apartment

Absolutely fantastic location In the middle of downtown and walking distance from the vast majority of attractions. This is not a hotel, it’s a huge 3 bedroom apartment that can easily sleep 5 people each in their own bed. The apartment needs a little TLC but nothing major I would definitely stay there again

Highly recommend staying here! My family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed this place. It's a wonderful space with many amenities. So wonderful to open the balcony doors, observe and take in the energy of Lisbon life. Great customer service, strong communication and incredibly friendly. Ideal location! Baixa and great shopping on one side, Castle of Sao Jorge, Lisbon Cathedral and Castletown on the other side. Meu Super (grocery market)is steps away. Pingo Doce (bigger grocery market) is an easy 1/2 mile away. Also between Praca da Figueira and Praca do Comercio. Easy access to the metros. Catch the train to Sintra from Rossio. Honestly cannot say enough positive things about this place and our stay there. Will definitely be sure to stay here again the next time we travel to Lisbon. Thank you for your warm hospitality!

Apartamento muito bem localizado em região turística da cidade. Apesar de não contar com recepção, o procedimento de check in foi muito simples graças às orientações recebidas com antecedência. Il palazzo con i suoi appartamenti e ‘ collocati molto bene vicini ai maggiori punti di interesse delle città . Mi è piaciuto l’ampia superficie degli appartamenti ma la pulizia e la condizione degli arredi ha lasciato un po’ di amarezza così come il boiler dell’acqua calda che ci ha costretto di utilizzare la doccia a fase alterne . Una struttura del genere dovrebbe fare più attenzione ai particolari così come anche il router Wi-Fi messo lì in terra con un filo volante che potrebbe essere pericoloso per chiunque . Potrebbe eccellere , ma, chi gestisce da remoto certe cose non riesce a seguirle .. suggerisco la visita in loco da parte della proprietà .

Stor och trevlig lägenhet med flera rum och utrustat kök. Bra läge. Det negativa var att det droppade vatten i badrummet från våningen ovanför, så det var vått på golvet. Lägenheten var något lyhörd och man hörde när grnnar kom , gick och vistades i närbelägna lägenheter. Barnen gillade lägenheten, med gott om utrymmen.

Au top sauf les voisins

Appartement au top et très bien situé. Par contre mal insonorisé et du coup on entend les voisins courir dans l’appartement des 6h30 le matin donc vous oubliez la grasse matinée. Nous avons prévenu le propriétaire mais pas de changement. C dommage !

Sehr Zentral, jedoch ein bisschen Unterhalt fällig

Das Appartemanet liegt super Zentral, Einrichtung ok, am Unterhalt sollte nachgeholfen werden. Im App. Nr. 3, hat die Dusche fehtl unteren Teil zwischen Türwand und Türe die Gummi Isolation somit wird der Boden ganz nass. Kommode im Zimmer gerade bei Eingang Lift, sind die Beine kaputt und liegt am Boden hinter der Türe. Küchen Bodensockel ist lose. Diese Detail sollte für ein solches Nievau nicht sein. Wenn man die Details liebt, wird man enttäuscht.

This is an apartment in an 18th Century building in the heart of Baixa (the historic old section of Lisbon). Beautifully renovated on the inside, and HUGE. Living room, 2 large bedrooms, 1 smaller bedroom, large full kitchen and dining room, and 2 full baths. High ceilings, and small balconies in 3 of the rooms that overlook the busy street below. We loved it. We arranged with the owners for someone to drive us there from the airport, and this was a big help because it was a little confusing at first figuring out how to get in (there's no keys, the owners provide a code to get in downstairs and another for out room upstairs) so it was great having our driver, Mario talk us through it. It's not a hotel, so there's no maid service etc, but the owners are available by phone 24/7 if you have any problems. Also, if you're looking for a quiet place somewhere this isn't it, because traffic does pass by all night, but it didn't bother us as we live in a big city and we found this location to be exciting and metropolitan. Overall it's an AMAZING deal for the price. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great central location, updated spacious apartment with all basic amenities. It is in the attic of the building, so you have to be careful with the low ceilings. The elevator only goes to the floor below, so you will have to drag your luggage up the stairs. The only problem we had was the terrible sewer smell in the bathroom. We had to leave the fan running with the door open and AC on all the time, or else we wouldn't be able to walk in. Something needs to be fixed there.

La situation est idéale et c’est bien la seule chose de bien. L’appartement était très sale, la salle de bain sentait le moisi, Il faisait 50m2 habitable puisque sous les toits donc des zones de moins de 1m60 et 1m40 et des zones non utilisables La cafetière a fui partout Les télécommandes Velux et climatisations étaient défectueuses La douche ne fermait pas Les joints étaient très sales Le parquet dans la cuisine également Après avoir signalé ces désagréments, une personne est passée (24h après) et n’a rien fait, sauf tester la cafetière, remettre de l’eau partout et tout laisser en plan. Après mon 2ème mail on m’a répondue pratiquement que je mentais. ...... il a changé la cafetière le dernier jour. Pour résumer : sale, mal aimable, pas à la hauteur mais parfaitement situé
