Decoration with detail and kitchen fully equipped including washing machine and dishwasher. Airconditioning, wifi and cable TV. Accomodates 2\. Recently renovated this one bedroom apartment won't let you down. Situated in a peaceful residential area, it will offer you a peaceful rest while in a central location. In the area you should find a non paying parking place in the streets surrounding the apartment. Entering the apartment you face a stylish wall in the living room. There is a seating area and a sofa facing the TV. The kitchen is open to the living room and contains all the equipment you need including a dishwasher machine and washing machine. The kitchen is modern and spacious. The bathroom is at the end and it features a shower enclosure. To the left side after entering the apartment you have the cozy bedroom with a comfortable bed. There is wifi available, a flatscreen TV and cable channels. For your comfort there is airconditioning (both hot and cold) in the living room and bedroom. With all the amenities, comfort and central location you'll get the most of your visit to Lisbon while at work or holidays. È un po' esiguo e per un soggiorno più lungo in due questo si sente, ma per un weekend o una settimana non è un problema perché gli spazi sono ben sfruttati. Il letto è comodo e il bagno piccolo ma funzionale. La stradina è a volte rumorosa di notte, per la gente che si sofferma a parlare in strada a volume alto a qualsiasi ora, ma probabilmente con le finestre chiuse non si sente. Il vantaggio è che l'appartamento è molto fresco e non abbiamo mai avuto bisogno del condizionatore. La zona la consiglio a persone che si muovano facilmente perché ci sono salite ripide, ad esempio per tornare dalla metro. Metro Arroios a 10 minuti a piedi ( purtroppo il 19/7 ha chiuso per lavori), Anjos 10 minuti ma al ritorno o lunga scalinata o salita ripida. Ci sono vari supermercati aperti anche la domenica in zona, e un alimentari aperto fino a tardi all'angolo. È un quartiere popolare, per niente turistico, molto autentico. Abbiamo pranzato per 7.50 a testa, con bibita e caffè un Po ovunque. Ottimo espresso dai 50 ai 65 cent in tutti i Bar. Inevitavelmente a qualidade, comodidade e conveniência em sim do espaço, que é moderno, muito bem mobilado e decorado e com todas as "appliances" que garantem ao utente completa independência em todos os aspectos. Um bem haja aos proprietários e a empresa que os representa, enfim.... tal como ja disse, recomendaria tantas vezes quantas fossem possíveis e com certeza é uma estadia a repetir. o que pode ser melhorado creio nao ser de vossa alçada que é a localização, apesar de haver muitos lugares convenientes ao redor como cafés, bares e mercearias... bom para quem busca acalmia mas nao para quem eventualmente busque um bocado mais de agitação, apenas meu ponto de vista.
