Ideally Located

Set within Lisbon's city center, Avenidas Novas is a vibrant neighborhood with a variety of cultural attractions as well as an excellent shopping and dining scene. One of the area's key attractions is Parque Eduardo VII, a massive city park with its own botanical garden and scenic lookout. Avenidas Novas is also home to Museu Calouste Gulbenkian, a wonderful art museum, and the El Corte Ingles shopping mall. The neighborhood is a wonderful place to eat and drink, with a variety of cafes and restaurants and even a donuts shop, Crush Donuts. Avenidas Novas is served by the Pink and Yellow lines of the Lisbon Metro as well as several bus and lines.

Please keep in mind that this is a walk up building.

A security deposit of €2050 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
