We stayed for 3 night and was impressed how nice the staff was, very helpful when we asked for help or directions. The breakfast was excellent, free mini bar , water , coffee and pastries all day in the lobby. The hotel is in the center of Lisbon close to all the tourist attractions and across the street from the train station. The restaurant in front of the hotel Pinocchio is excellent. Will stay there again when traveling to Lisboa.

Great stay. Hotel was very centrally located. Rooms and hotel seemed brand new. Staff was very attentive and helpful with requests. a nice breakfast was included every day. You can’t go wrong here

Excellent location. Rooms were clean except the carpeting seemed either dirty or had a strange pattern that appeared dirty. The mattress needed replacing as it was sagging in the area where one would first sit down.

Exceptional service from the greeting at reception, recommendations for dining and navigating the city, to a very early morning check-out. The rooms are exquisitely decorated with the most comfortable beds and linens around. So many extra touches from complimentary welcome beverages and mini-bar, a pillow menu, and stamps for those postcards home. The cherry on top was the free morning walking tour with hotel staff. You won’t find folks more proud and in love with their country and willing to share with the world. Perfect location and jumping-off point to explore Lisbon. A must stay!!!

Location is great. Near transportation and everything was walkable. Room was clean, lobby small, but had great coffees and other drinks available, as well as natas. On the downside, rooms are quite small and there was no where to put toiletries in the shower. Sink counter was also very small. Wouldn’t advise room 100. Right in front of elevator, heard a lot of slamming doors, inside “balcony” is not really anything but an opening to a small narrow area. There was an odor of cooking and cigarette smoke all night which we could not figure out. But, maybe the kitchen of the restaurant was close?

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly and the free refreshments at reception were a nice touch Location of hotel was excellent right in the centre of Lisbon and very close to a metro station Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard If we go back to Lisbon then would happily stay here again

We really enjoyed our time there. Beautiful hotel in a great location. We has balcony rooms that were cute and obviously refurbished inside. Great breakfast and a great restaurant in front that's busy but they can make reservations. No complaints at all.
