We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was great, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. We truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Art Legacy Hotel Baixa! Beautifully designed hotel with stylish, comfortable rooms and a fantastic location in the heart of Lisbon. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and the breakfast was excellent. A truly charming boutique hotel with great attention to detail. Boutique arthouse hotel with excellent service and run by a very friendly and helpful team. The room was clean and well looked after with a fantastically decorated bathroom. If you are looking for a base in the centre of Lisbon, I would recommend it.

We started at art legacy at the beginning and end of our trip, it was the perfect base camp for exploring Lisbon. The staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast was amazing. We will stay there again next time we are in Lisbon!

LOVED this hotel. One of my all-time favorites anywhere. Great vibe, beautiful decor, comfortable room. But above all, the staff were truly, truly exceptional. Beyond friendly, helpful, and attentive. Could not ask for better. Hands down the place to stay in Lisbon, in my opinion!

Beautiful property in a great location! We were on our honeymoon and decided to upgrade to a balcony suite, and aim so glad we did because the rooms are small. Beautiful and well-appointed but small. The staff and service were amazing- I’d definitely stay there again!

We had a fantastic few days at this Hotel this was our 2nd visit and we’ll definitely be back. From the moment you walk through the doors the staff couldn’t be nicer and so helpful and genuinely interested in what you have planned for the day. We hd a lovely meal in the beautiful restaurant and had amazing cocktails at the bar. Special mention for Fernando at reception such a nice person who goes above and beyond to assist you.

The Art Legacy Hotel was fantastic. Its location made Lisbon very walkable. The service was top notch and consistent among the staff. We were remembered, addressed by name, and helped any way possible. The facility was clean, organized and free of clutter and the food was good in the restaurant. I would definite stay here again.

The staff at the hotel goes out of their way to be helpful. You feel like you are a part of a family when staying there. Everyone is very warm and helpful. Eduardo especially. The breakfast was wonderful. It’s like you are eating brunch at a high end restaurant. The service in restaurant was very attentive. The rooms are very nicely decorated and very clean. Also, the rooms are very quiet. Highly recommend this property!!!

15/10 would recommend. The property was beautiful and well maintained, even the stairwell smelled good. The service was exceptional, we were greeted with mocktails upon arrival, the bell hop took our bags directly to our room, the front desk offered bottles of water on our way out for the day, we were left little sweet treats in our room daily, the breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel was centrally located to a lot of points of interest.
