    With 2 bedrooms and 109 square metres, the apartment is on the second floor and is the largest in the Villa. The 11-square-meter balcony, overlooking Estrelícia, is a wonderful place to enjoy a drink at sunset.



    It’s only 850 metres from the sea and a 15-minute walk to the city centre.



    The “Pingo Doce Cascais - Guia” supermarket, which has everything you might need (including a restaurant and takeaway options), is just 120 metres away.



    There is a bus stop right in front of the villa that can take you to the city centre or to the beaches. If you want to travel to Lisbon, trains from Cascais to Lisbon (Cais do Sodré) depart every 20 minutes, from 5:30 AM to 1:30 AM, and the trip takes about 40 minutes. The bus to Sintra, from city centre Cascais, takes about 30 minutes.



    There are several MobiCascais kiosks nearby where you can rent traditional or electric bicycles and electric scooters.



    Free parking is available inside the building and on the street.
