"The included breakfast and free shuttle to the airport were outstanding features. What could be improved are the USB outlets in the room. They are the old fashioned type. There were no adapters, however the same is true all over Portugal. Otherwise I highly recommend the hotel"

"Overall a great hotel but some comments: Double room on 2nd floor very compact & oddly has a huge private (but wasted) outdoor deck attached. Restaurant staff were unorganized & did not bring our 2nd drinks. Checkin at Reception was great but did not clearly explain that you only get a free shuttle ticket when you checkout & shuttle only holds 8 people at a time & only runs every 20 mins which forced many to order a taxi/uber/bolt to get to airport on time."

"The hotel is conveniently located as it is close to the airport. It is also close to metro stations. The hotel could use new pillows as the ones in our room were flat, and the towels also smelt damp. It does not seem that early check-in is an option, even if an hour or two earlier than the 3 PM check-in time. Otherwise, our stay at the hotel was decent."
