Very convenient location to Pristina Airport. Reception staff were friendly and very solicitous. We had a good dinner, before we went to bed. Room was clean, and we didn’t hear the noise from the nearby airport. Wake up call was prompt, and the staff remembered to pack us breakfast, since we were leaving before their breakfast was being served. One of the staff used her personal car to take us to the airport, so that we didn’t have to wait for the shuttle to return. Our stay couldn’t have been better. Only minor concern was renovation of front area of hotel. It will eventually be an attractive welcome to travelers.

WOKEN BY WOMAN ENTERING MY ROOM AT MIDNIGHT!
At midnight I am awoken to a strange woman entering my room and turning my lights on! UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I reserved the room so that I would be able to sleep five hours before my long journey home, as the hotel is near the airport, but was only able to sleep two and a half after being woken up in a panic by a strange women turning my lights on and entering my room. It was very unsettling and made it impossible to go back to sleep. How did she get in? Can anyone simply walk into my room? Will it happen again? I later found out that the front desk had mistakenly given her my room key. There is simply no excuse for this. Hotels need to ensure the safety of their guests. The woman is not at fault, as she thought she was entering her own room. The experience was unsettling for her as well, as I am a big person and yelled at her while my brain was waking up and assessing the situation. No hotel guest should ever be put into a situation where they feel threatened or have concern for their safety, even if it is for a short while. I should be fully compensated for my stay, as I was only there for six and a half hours and was not able to get four to five hours of sleep. That was the whole point of reserving the room in the first place. The front desk made excuses by saying that the receptionist on duty was simply overworked and made an honest mistake. That is not my problem and is unacceptable. If the receptionist is overworked, then she isn’t being managed properly.

Great staff, clean and modern facilities and rooms, great food and welcoming feeling. If you are looking for accommodation with a modest rate, and are prepared to be "out of town" as a base for exploring this great country, the Best Western Hotel Galla is a great choice. Staff were very helpful, car hire was organised by the hotel with a reputable company and I was otherwise looked after in all aspects of my stay.

Airport hotel
Excellent location for an early flight, the hotel is 2 minutes away from the airport and a free shuttle service is provided 24 hours per day. Pristina centre is approx 20-30 minutes away and a bus service 1A can be used for €3 each way.

Nice hotel. Small issue with the WiFi but they fixed it quickly. Room was clean and inviting and was really close to the airport which made things much easier

convenient for the airport .. that is all there is to say other than the cable TV that is advertised in their pamplets and on the bookings sites does not work and the air conditioning is not personal in that the hotel controls the temperature on a central setting so it never went below 23c .. polite staff and hot water in the shower but the TV was an expectation that was a let down . For a Major chain as it calls itself this is deceptive advertising

Wir haben drei Zimmer gehabt, mein zimmer war ok aber kalt keine Heizung, zimmer 2 geht noch aber das zimmer 3 oder 110 war sehr schlecht, diese zimmer kann man nicht an Kunde geben, sehr enttäuschend.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung Alle Zimmer sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, in der Sie die Temperatur einstellen können, die Sie im Zimmer haben möchten. Es tut uns leid, dass die Rezeption davon nichts mitbekommen hat, da sie unseren Servicetechniker sofort unterstützen oder entsenden würde. In Bezug auf Zimmer 110 waren wir zu den Daten, in denen Sie sich befanden, voll besetzt. Im Zimmer gab es einen kleinen Schaden, für den wir erklärt haben, dass er von einem Gast verursacht wurde, der kurz vor dem Einchecken ausgecheckt hatte. Trotz unseres Willens, Ihr Zimmer zu wechseln, war es uns aufgrund der vollen Belegung nicht möglich, das Zimmer zu wechseln. Wir freuen uns, Sie in Zukunft wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen!

Nice and welcoming hotel with good restaurant
I had a very nice stay at Best Western Hotel Galla. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a free shuttle pick-up from the airport. Very convenient location when going from and to the airport. The room had a good size and the bed was very good. The food in the restaurant was very good. A minus was the smoking in the lobby and the bar. Would have been nicer if the hotel had been totally non-smoking inside.

neues Hotel, sehr nah am Flughafen, sehr günstig
Bei meinem Besuch war das Hotel noch ganz neu und nicht alles war perfekt, aber das Personal war sehr hilfreich. Die Klimaanlagensteuerung und die Steckdosen (keine Schukodosen) sind Kritikpunkte. Ein Frühstücksbuffet gab es nicht, aber man kann aus einer Karte wählen. Der Preis ist unschlagbar. Leider etwas laut bei Flugzeugstarts und offenem Fenster.
