I booked for twin de luxe room and they gave me de luxe room (not knowing and forgot already about my booking details). I already slept and the next morning they called me for their mistake. They asked me if I can change into my real booking which is twin de luxe room. I refused because I’m going to check out anytime sooner. Instead, I asked for a refund but they said it’s non-refundable (the hotel staffs looks very wise, huh). It will be my first and last check in. And my worst hotel that I ever had. The staff are less than welcoming, and the policy of having to return your room key to the front desk every time you leave the hotel is irritating. Would I stay here again? Lack of bathroom towels, limited toiletries, breakfast inclusion in the booking, limited parking are some of the things that for me should be improve on.
