📍Enjoy your staycation in this new furnished townhouse located in Lipa.  
📍The place has a good access to SNR,Balete tollway exit, new bypass road, malls,hospitals,University and very closed to restaurants offering a popular foods like LOMI,GOTO and BULALO ng Batangas.  
📍The place is 15-20mins away to Balete Lake where in you can have the best view of Taal Volcano and the sunset.  
📍My place is good for families and small group of friends and can accommodate to 6-8 guests   
📍Feel this home yours and make your meals in our kitchen with built in cabinets and it has induction cooker, pots, and pans, and refrigerator is use for the convenience of our guests.Tableware like plates, mugs and utensils are also provided.  
📍In a long tiring day it’s best to sit and relax to our fully air conditioned receiving area with 40inches TV.The property has wifi.
