Great location, great stay, very safe

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is clean, modern, and very well maintained. Its location is excellent. It’s within easy walking distance of plenty of restaurants, shops, malls, and public transportation. One of the thoughtful touches I really appreciated was the lobby amenities. Guests have complimentary access to filtered water in different temperatures, an espresso machine, snacks, and soft drinks. Overall, the combination of the great location, well-kept facilities, and excellent complimentary amenities made for a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect to have eateries, shops in walking distance, close to all transportation. The price is very affordable. Very basic amenities provided, the towels are worn out and some even have holes in it. The one time slippers are paper thin. No iron & iron board. I had booked two room for me and my mom, the reservation department told Expedia that they have my two rooms reservation but the front desk could only see one room reservation, it took lot of back and forth within the hotel reservation department and front desk before issue was resolved. For the money, I'll still rate it 4 star.
