Not only were they extremely communicative the whole time, they worked with me to adjust the timeline of my stay to account for the delay in check-in and ensured I received a prompt refund from VRBO for the lost night. Throughout all of our interactions, they were kind, professional, prompt, and extremely flexible. The cabin itself is gorgeous, clean, well-maintained, and cozy. I booked it as a solo retreat, but it could comfortably accommodate a family or group. I especially enjoyed sitting on the deck in the back; it’s just secluded enough that you can feel at peace, but close to the hiking trails and Route 30 should you want to explore the area further. I highly recommend booking this rental for your next trip to the Laurel Highlands!"
