  • Family-friendly home on the main channel with gorgeous views, concrete dock, plenty of yard and a private beach with a fire pit on the water's edge! Garage spot available plus street parking. Glamping in the four season room and a private downstairs for the kids! Open concept living and kitchen area with plenty of windows to enjoy the breathtaking views, plus amazing sunsets.

    *please note there are three outdoor cameras for safety issues, these camera monitor the all exterior doorways (front, side, back), the camera in the back does monitor the hot tub and backyard*

Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
If you get the opportunity, we really appreciate it if you can strip the sheets off the beds and pile up the dirty towels in their respective rooms.
Please throw out any perishable items from the fridge except condiments. Also if you could please make sure to put any dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher prior to leaving.
Check to make sure the hot tub is covered and umbrellas are down. Also check to make sure all the stairs on the dock are up out of the water and trash bins are at the street level.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
