Nice place to stay and convenient to Old Town.

The beds was horrible, we changed hotel

I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that lasted throughout my entire stay. The location of the aparthotel is simply perfect. Situated in the heart of Gdansk, it offers easy access to all the major attractions, vibrant shopping areas, and delicious dining options. Whether I wanted to explore the historic Old Town or enjoy a leisurely stroll along the picturesque waterfront, everything was just a stone's throw away. The rooms at the aparthotel were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness that went into the design. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The well-equipped kitchenette provided me with the convenience of preparing my own meals, which was a bonus for longer stays. The staff at the aparthotel were phenomenal. They were always available, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They provided me with invaluable local insights and recommendations, making my trip even more memorable. Their professionalism and genuine care for their guests truly stood out. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

I only stayed one night. Everything was clean and very basic. By the beach and close to everything. Unfortunately there was an unusual heatwave when I stayed there and I'm well aware that most northern European countries are not equipped for 39C temperatures. There was a fan available which made it just about possible to sleep but I wasn't expecting full blown AC . If you're happy with codes to enter your room and no reception but close to everything then I'd recommend this. If you want a huge AC cooled room with 50" TV then this is not for you. One annoying thing is that the picture of the hotel online shows a different fabulous building. It's a bit cheeky. The hotel looks nothing like that and is on the back of the building you'll see online. Just a warning! 😁

This hotel clearly had its prime some time ago and is now due for a refurbishment. It is clean, I’ll give it that. The staff are fantastic, and the food is as good as ever - but while it used to impress a few years ago, it now feels quite outdated. The heating/air conditioning system is old and barely works, making the room stuffy and weird temp. The amenities are well maintained and clean, but the old carpet had a strong smell of cleaning chemicals making stuffiness even worse. We only stayed one night, but for a longer stay we would have definitely asked to move rooms - we both woke up feeling congested, puffed with what seemed like an allergic reaction. For the price, you would expect a higher standard, especially considering how quickly Gdańsk is developing and improving. If Qubus doesn’t invest in updates, it risks falling even further behind the competition.
